摘要 电网安全指标不断扩充,而调度员驾驭电网的能力极其有限,以一种综合性指标表征电网安全显得尤为必要。文中提出一种基于层次分析法和变权重机制的电网安全指标计算及展示方法。以多项电网安全基础指标为例,计及指标量纲、指标结构和设备重要性差异3个方面设计了计算公式,并统一以"1"作为安全限值。结合层次分析法和3种权重修正机制,得到各指标权重并聚合电网安全综合指标。在此基础上,设计了电网运行状态安全等级划分方法以及展示方法。对某省级电网测试结果表明,所述方法计算得到的电网安全指标可以实时反映电网安全状态变化,准确捕捉电网安全故障,是适用于新一代调度系统的电网安全指标计算方法。 With the increase of power grid security indexes,the dispatcher”s ability to harness the grid is extremely limited.It is very necessary to use a comprehensive index to characterize the security states of the power grid.Thus,a method of power grid security index calculation and display based on the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and variable weight mechanism is proposed.Based on several power grid security basic indexes,a calculating method considering dimension consistency,index structure rationality and electrical device differentiation,is proposed,and “1' of all the indexes is unified as the gap between safety and unsafety.The analytic hierarchy process and three mechanisms of weighting correction are used to determine index weights and aggregated into the comprehensive index.Besides,a method for dividing the operation security levels is presented and the display methods of power grid security index are also given.Numerical simulations are conducted in a certain power grid,the results showing that the proposed index of power system security is able to reflect the real-time statement of grid security and identify the fault with the system.Therefore,it is applicable to the modern dispatching system for watching power system security.
