摘要 为提升电网调度自动化系统数据采集的稳定性,结合国家电网公司调度数据网双平面(SGDnet)建设模式,遵循智能电网调度技术支持系统数据采集与交换标准,提出基于电网调度数据网双平面的主站控制中心系统多机多链路的采集方法。该方法采用了多通道负载均衡、多级并列运行、多链路热备冗余、多源数据处理等技术,提高了数据采集的稳定性和可靠性,同时结合主站控制中心系统节点管理等技术解决了因单点故障导致数据不刷新等问题,保障了调度生产需要。通过此方法所研究的数据采集系统已在多个调度中心投入现场运行。 To enhance the stability of the data acquisition system of power grid dispatching system,a method of data acquisition with multi-machine and multi-link as the main control center is proposed based on the dispatching data network dual plane technology of State Grid Corporation and following the technology standard for data acquisition and exchange for smart grid technical support systems.The method uses the multi-line in load balancing,multi-machine in parallel running,multi-link in hot standby and multi-link data processing technology to improve the stability and reliability of data acquisition,solve the accuracy problem of the data caused by a single node failure to meet the needs of grid dispatching operation and control.The data acquisition system based on this method is in operation in several control centers.
