摘要
针对运行方式较为复杂的微电网,提出一种基于运行模式自识别的微电网并离网平滑切换控制策略实现方法,以可扩展置标语言(XML)文件作为策略载体,以微电网特征量的逻辑四则表达式表示微电网运行方式,通过实时采集的微电网特征变量值,智能识别出微电网当前运行模式,并通过快速通用面向对象变电站事件(GOOSE)通信进行并网点交换功率快速控制,实现微电网并离网平滑切换。该方法可根据微电网运行方式自动调节控制策略,保证了微电网并离网操作的可靠性,减少了离网过程对用户造成的冲击。目前该方法已经成功应用于国家"863项目"鹿西岛微电网示范工程,有着一定的实用价值。
For a complex running microgrid,a method of microgrid connecting and off-grid smooth control is proposed based on self-identification for running mode.Collecting the real-time characteristics of microgrid,this method can identify the current running mode and switch the microgrid smoothly between the connecting and off-grid mode by using the extensible markup language(XML)file,the logical expressions of microgrid for its running mode,and can quickly control the exchanged power of tie-lines by generic object oriented substation event(GOOSE).The method can adjust its control strategy automatically,increase its reliability,and decrease its impact on microgrid.So far,the method has successfully been used in the Luxi Island microgrid project supported by National863Program'.It has a certain practical value.
