面向台区管理的台区状态综合评价方法及其应用

Comprehensive Evaluation Method of Transformer Area State Oriented to Transformer Area Management and Its Application

根据低压配电网中各台区的基础数据评价台区的运行状态是台区管理中进行各项决策的基础。针对低压配电网台区数目多、缺乏规范管理、数据不健全等问题,文中提出一种面向台区管理的台区状态综合评价方法。首先在考虑数据的易获取性的基础上建立了涵盖网架特征及负荷特征的台区特征指标体系;然后设计了基于改进型序关系分析法的台区状态评价模型,该模型可根据台区供电半径等5个台区特征指标进行综合计算,形成量化的评价值以快速评价台区状态,同时由于序关系可调的灵活性使得该方法具有较强的适应性和可推广性,能够为台区管理中的各类筛选决策问题提供参考依据;最后,以某供电局的实际台区数据进行实例分析,验证了该类方法的有效性和普遍适用性。

Evaluation of the state of transformer area according to the basic data is the basis for making decisions in transformer area management.In view of such problems as the large number of transformer areas,lack of standardized management,and the incomplete data with the low-voltage distribution network,a transformer area management-oriented comprehensive evaluation method of transformer area state is proposed.First,an indicator system covering grid and load characteristics is established because of the easy accessibility of data.A state evaluation model of transformer area is then designed based on the improved rank correlation analysis method for calculating the evaluation value to quickly evaluate the state of transformer area.Owing to the adjustability of the rank relation,the method with its strong adaptability and generalization provides a reference for transformer area management.Finally,an example analysis according to the actual data of a power supply bureau is given to prove the effectiveness and universal applicability of this method.
