摘要 双馈式感应发电机具有体积小、重量轻、成本低等突出优点,目前已成为风电场中的主力机型。然而双馈式感应发电机存在低电压穿越能力弱和功率输出不稳定两大问题。为了同时解决这两个问题,提出了集成于单台风力发电机的超导限流—储能系统原理。进一步将该原理运用于风电场,并开展实际样机的研制。分析了超导限流—储能系统在风电场应用的工作原理,提出了适用于风电场的拓扑结构和其中桥路型限流器的参数设计方法,并开展了针对实际风电场应用的仿真研究。仿真结果证明了该方案的有效性和可行性。 The doubly-fed induction generator(DFIG) has good merits,such as small size,light weight and low cost,and is dominant in the wind power market.The DFIG,however,has two major problems to overcome.The first is that it has weak low voltage ride through capability;and the second is that its output power is unstable because of the variable wind speed.To overcome these two problems simultaneously,a superconducting fault current limiter-magnetic energy storage system (SFCL-MES) to be incorporated in the wind energy conversion system of the DFIG is proposed.The SFCL-MES principle is further applied to the wind farm.And a prototype to be installed in a wind farm is under development.An analysis is made on the SFCL-MES principle for the wind farm,and the corresponding topology and major parameter design methods are proposed. Simulations for real application parameters are carried out,the results verifying the efficacy and feasibility of the proposed approaches.
