摘要 用电信息采集系统是建设坚强智能电网的物理基础,是连接供电企业和电力客户的桥梁与纽带,其能否实现双向互动将直接影响供用电双方的沟通交流效率。分析了电力客户、电网企业、社会发展对智能用电互动技术的需求,提出双向互动的信息采集、综合监控、能效分析、信息发布、安全认证、设备控制、用电策略功能设计方案。结合专变用户、一般工商业用户以及居民用户的自身特性,建立了科学合理的互动化需求模型,论述了数据存储、数据检索、信息模型、通信、安全防护等支撑双向互动功能的关键技术,为实现电网与用户能量流、信息流、业务流的双向交互提供了一种有效渠道。 The electricity information acquisition system is the physical foundation of smart grid development,as well as a bridge between power supply enterprises and customers.The realization of two-way interaction will directly affect their communication efficiency.Based on an analysis of the demand for smart electricity interaction technology of electric power customers,power grid enterprises and social development,a function design scheme is proposed with respect to information acquisition,integrated monitoring,energy efficiency analysis,information dissemination,safety certification,device control and electricity strategy for the two-way interaction system.By discussing the characteristics of specified transformer users, common industrial and commercial users,and residential users themselves,a scientific and rational interactive demand model is created.Crucial supportive techniques such as data storage,data retrieval,information model creation,communication,and safety protection are enunciated,providing an effective channel for the energy flow,information flow and business flow between power supply enterprises and users.
