摘要
首先,分析了用电双向互动的业务需求,并在高级量测体系的概念基础上,提出了双向互动服务数据采集与控制通信系统架构。然后,面对前端局域网中数据采集设备多样性的问题,设计了基于IEC 61850信息模型的数据聚合单元,以提升双向互动服务系统之间以及互动服务系统与用电双向互动服务平台之间通信的稳定性、可靠性和互操作性。最后,遵循IEC 61850标准,以分布式发电系统双向互动服务为例,给出了分布式发电监控终端的信息通信模型。利用此模型可以将分布式发电双向互动服务纳入高级量测体系,以满足灵活互动智能用电的需求。
First,the application demands of two-way interactive service of power utilization are analyzed.Based on the concept of advanced metering infrastructure(AMI),a framework for the data acquisition and control communication system of two-way interactive service is developed.Secondly,in order to adapt to the diversity of data acquisition devices in the personal area network(PAN),a data aggregation unit(DAU) based on IEC 61850 communication model is designed.Thus,the stability, reliability and interoperability between two-way interactive service systems,as well as the two-way interactive service systems and two-way interactive service platforms of power utilization are improved.Finally,based on the IEC 61850 standards,taking the two-way interactive service of distributed power generation systems as an exemple,an information communication model for the monitor terminal of distributed power generation systems is given.With the model,the two-way interactive services of distributed power generation can be included in AMI to satisfy the need of flexible and interactive intelligent power utilization.
