摘要
负荷聚合商聚合可调节的柔性负荷资源参与市场,可为市场带来巨大经济效益,但用户用电意愿导致的违约风险将给市场实时电量平衡带来威胁。为提高负荷聚合商参与市场的质量,文中利用储能装置作为其提高供能平稳性的手段,为负荷聚合商建立了基于市场等级化补偿规则的储能容量优化模型。对分布在有界范围内的用户违约电量采用截断正态分布来模拟,并根据用户合同违约百分比对负荷聚合商实行等级化补偿规则。PJM历史负荷数据仿真表明,该模型可以为负荷聚合商规避用户侧可能出现的违约行为提供储能优化配置策略,且市场规则的合理设置可以激励负荷聚合商提升其资源等级,从而有利于整个市场的稳定可靠运行。
Load aggregators (LAs) aggregating demand response resources to participate in market transactions will reduce the peak power demand and bring huge benefits to the power system.However,the uncertainty factors resulting from electricity users will exert an effect on its economic benefits.To compensate for power shortage,an energy storage capacity optimization model is developed based on grading compensation rules.The bounded unresponsive load caused by customers” usage habits and subjectivity is represented by a truncated normal distribution model.And according to the percentage of unresponsive load, LAs are classified into four grades facing different compensation standards and market admission rules.Through examples of PJM historical load data,it is proved that the model is capable of solving energy storage capacity optimization problems for LAs to reduce the effects of unresponsive load.Besides,another conclusion can be drawn that rational market rules can spur LAs on to upgrade their resources,which will definitely contribute to stable and reliable market operation.
