摘要
针对一起由分散控制系统设置错误引发的机组安全事故,分析了事故的发生原因,并建立了汽轮机调节系统模型,利用实时仿真平台再现了事故经过。进一步地,利用电力系统综合分析程序PSASP建立的单机无穷大系统研究并分析了此时分散控制系统故障引起电力系统强迫功率振荡的可能性。研究结果表明,分散控制系统故障可能造成电力系统强迫功率振荡,且分散控制系统控制器的运算周期影响了强迫功率振荡幅度。
First,the causes of a safety accident induced by a mistake in the set-up of the distributed control system(DCS)are analyzed,and a model for steam turbine governing system is developed.Then the whole accident is reproduced by a real-time simulation platform.Furthermore,a single machine infinite bus system based on PSASP is used to study and analyze the possibility of forced power oscillation due to DCS at the moment.Research results show that the fault of DCS may trigger forced power oscillation in the power system,and the operating period of DCS has an important influence on forced power oscillation amplitude.
