业务与硬件融合的智能电网调度控制系统健康度综合评价 被引量:13

摘要 为及时掌握智能电网调度控制系统的实时运行状态,针对其业务繁多、业务层级关系复杂、业务与硬件紧密耦合、工作方式特殊的特点,提出了一种多业务与硬件融合的健康度分层优先评价方法。首先,在对调度控制系统的业务层级关系进行梳理的基础上,结合优先级分层原则构建了系统定向指标框架;其次,以数据采集与监控(SCADA)系统核心应用为例,建立了一套融合业务健康度、硬件健康度、一主多备工作机制的系统层次化评价指标体系;然后,采用层次分析法并结合专家经验确定指标权重、制定评价标准;最后,采用加权平均和并接系统计算两种方法,实现系统健康度的综合评价。以现场实时采集数据为基础,通过实例验证表明,所提出的评价指标体系及方法易于实现,能较为全面、准确地反映智能电网调度控制系统的实时运行状态。 To timely master the real-time operation status of the smart grid dispatch and control system(D5000system),a hierarchical priority health evaluation method based on the integration of multifarious business and hardware is proposed according to its characteristics such as multifarious business,complex business hierarchy,business tightly coupled with the hardware,and the special way of working.Firstly,based on the business hierarchy of dispatch control system and the priority layered principle,a D5000 directional index system framework is established;Secondly,by taking the supervisory control and data acquisition(SCADA)core application as an example,a D5000 system hierarchical evaluation index system for fusing business health,hardware health and master-slaves architecture is built;Then,by using the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and drawing on expert experience,the weights of indices and evaluation standards are determined;Finally,the weighted average method and the parallel system health degree method are used to implement the comprehensive evaluation of the D5000 system.On the basis of the real-time field data,the results of a case in point show that the proposed evaluation index system and related method are easy to implement and the real-time operation status of the D5000 system can be accurately reflected in an all-round way.
