摘要
建立了中压配电网m分段n联络接线的一般模型,分析分段、联络开关配置影响配电网可靠率的客观规律,运用全寿命周期法计算中压配电网各种接线模式总费用,包括建设费用和运行费用等。综合考虑年停电损失费用和电网投资年值,给出了在不同边界条件下可行的m分段n联络配置方案。研究结果可为制定中压配电网目标网架结构提供参考意见。
In this paper,a general connection mode with multiple sectional switches and tie switches is established and the objective law of distribution system reliability which is influenced by switch allocation is analyzed. Life-cycle cost(LCC)method is introduced to calculate the total cost of different connection modes. With the comprehensive consideration on the equivalent an-nual worth of customer outage loss and construction investment,the authors carry out the switch allocation schemes under different boundary condition. According to the theory based on the objective principle of connection mode,the study is able to gain a recommended conclusion of switches allocation scheme.
