摘要
新能源快速发展给电网运行带来了很大的挑战,研究提高新能源消纳已成为发展新能源的重要内容。某典型地区(A市)作为某省接入风电光伏等新能源的重点地区,首先给出了A市新能源发展规划,给出了风电和光伏规划容量。其次对光伏发电特性进行详细分析,给出了A市典型日下的出力曲线,也重点阐述了光伏发电接入对配电网的影响。最后,针对配电网结构复杂的特性,提出了一种三阶段新能源消纳方法,通过电气区域划分、电网结构树构建、消纳情况分析3个阶段实现A市新能源消纳。算例验证了所提新能源消纳方法的有效性。
The rapid development of renewable energy brought great challenges to the power grid operation,research of the renewable energy absorption has become an important part of the development of renewable energy. As city A is the key area of some province where renewable energy sources such as wind power and photovoltaic integrated to the grid,this paper first gives the renewable energy development planning of city A. What is more important,the wind power and photovoltaic planning capacity is presented. Secondly,a detailed analysis on characteristics of photovoltaic is presented,the typical output curve of city A is given,and the influence of photovoltaic integration to distribution network is expounded. Finally,according to the complicated characteristics of distribution network structure,this paper proposes a three stage renewable energy absorption method,which through the three stages of electrical division,establishment of power grid structure tree,absorption situation analysis to achieve the new energy absorption in city A. Numerical examples illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed renewable energy absorp-tion method.
