摘要 发电机组及其控制系统是电力系统最重要的动态元件,为了保障电力系统安全稳定运行,必须加强对发电机组及其控制系统的性能监测。本文介绍了基于PMU动态数据的网源动态性能在线监测及评价系统的硬件结构和软件结构,以及系统的主要功能和性能;系统在网省电网中的实际运行情况充分验证了在线监测及评价系统的实用性和准确性,系统的投运给调度运行人员提供保障电网安全稳定运行的有力工具。 The generator unit and its control system are the most important dynamic components in power system. In order to ensure the safety and stability of power system,it is necessary to strengthen the monitoring of the performance of generation units and its control system. In this paper,the hardware and software structures of an online monitoring and evaluating system for the dy-namic performance of generators-power grid are introduced based on phasor measurement unit(PMU)dynamic data,together with the main functions and performance of the developed system. An application to a provincial electric power company verifies the practicability and accuracy of the system,indicating that the operation of the system can provide the dispatchers with a powerful tool for the safety and stability of power grid.
