摘要 对于大规模城市电网,传统的AVC上下级协调控制方法已经不能满足要求。本文提出了大规模城市电网"集中无功优化-分布电压控制"的协同电压控制体系和地调AVC对变电站的多目标优化控制方法,通过将上级市调下发的变电站母线电压优化值作为控制目标,并结合未来预测的负荷变化趋势自动调整控制响应程度,实现了对城市电网各级变电站的分布协调优化控制。通过实际运行系统算例验证了本文提出策略的有效性,满足大规模城市电网的自动电压控制需求。 For a large-scale urban power grid,the traditional coordinated control strategy between the two-level AVC control centers no longer meets the specific requirements. In this paper,a coordinated voltage control strategy whose core idea can be summarized as centralized reactive power optimization plus distributed voltage control is put forward accordingly. Moreover,a multi-objective optimization method for the substations is presented,which takes the bus voltage optimization order from the ur ban control center as the objective,combined with the automatic adjustment of the control response in light of the forecasted load variation trend,which realizes the distributed coordinated optimization control of substations at various levels in the urban power grid. A practical operation system is used in a case study to verify the validity of the proposed strategy,which meets the voltage regulation requirements from the large-scale urban power grid.
