摘要 为了解决用户侧电网快速安全隐患排查和事故动作定位问题,本文针对非侵入式用电事故保护动作分析的需求,通过试验分析了短路保护电流的特征,提出了短路判据仿真算法,根据计算得出了典型建筑的短路电流判据,并在其基础上提出了短路故障监测与定位方法,同时分析了其他故障的监测与定位方法。基于以上成果,提出了一种非侵入式用电事故保护动作分析的解决方案,实现了用户侧事故保护动作的监测、定位和分析,提升了用户安全用电水平。 In order to solve the problem in the fast trouble shooting and fault location of power grid on the user side,and according to the requirement of noninvasive analysis of accident relay action,the current characteristics of short circuit relay action are experimentally analyzed. A simulation algorithm for the criterions of short circuit is proposed,and the criterions for typical buildings are thus calculated. Moreover,a short circuit fault monitoring and positioning method is proposed,and the methods for other kinds of fault are also discussed. Based on the above analyses,a solution of noninvasive accident relay action analysis is proposed,by which the monitoring,positioning and analysis of the accident relay action on the user side are realized,and the security level of the user's power consumption is improved.
