摘要 输电线路作为电网运行的基本组成部分,对于供电设施的正常运行有着至关重要的作用,大部分输电线路运维模式标准不一,且较难被空间量化,对于建立运维难度评估体系造成了影响。本文以网格化模式作为管理依据,选用贵州省范围内地形高差、坡度、杆塔运维数量、典型灾害风险个数等数据作为运维难度评估因子,结合层次分析法、熵权法及头尾间隔分割法,建立针对网格化的输电线路运维难度评估方法。该方法对于电网运维有一定的参考价值,为电网部门提供了一种新的辅助管理办法。 As the basic components of power network,transmission lines are significant for the power supply facilities. Due to the fact that the evaluation standards on power operation are not unified and they are difficult to be quantified from the spatial aspect,the evaluation system of operation difficulty cannot to be easily established. Combined with analytic hierarchy process method,entropy method and Head/Tail breaks division rule,an evaluation method is proposed to quantify the operation difficulty of transmission lines in Guizhou Province. The evaluation factors of operation difficulty consist of data such as topographic altitude difference,slope,the number of poles and towers under operation,and the number of risks in typical disasters,which are further used to formulate the evaluation method with a gridding mode as management criteria. The proposed method is valuable to the operation of power network,which provides a new assistant management method for the administrations.
