摘要
随着特高压互联电网发展,传统分析已经不能满足实时电网运行控制的需要,实时在线安全分析技术成为了电网调控部门日益关注的重点。本文从电力系统、通信与自动化技术两方面探讨了省地一体化在线安全分析系统的技术实现方法,并凭借数据模型和物理架构完成了模型的搭建,在天津市调和城西地调实现了国、分、省、地调的一体化应用。2015年天津电网的运行实际验证了本文所出提方法的有效性和正确性。
Along with the development of UHV interconnection grid,the traditional method cannot meet the needs of real-time operation control of power grid,thus the technology of real-time and on-line security analysis is attracting the attention of dis-patching administration increasingly. In this paper,the technology of on-line security analysis system with province-district integration is discussed from the aspects of power system and communication automation technology,and the corresponding model is established based on data layer and physical structure. The proposed technology has been applied to Tianjin dispatching center and Chengxi dispatching center with the realization of nation-region-province-district integration. The validity and correctness of the proposed method are verified by the operation practices of Tianjin power grid in 2015.
