校企合作促进“双师双能型”教师能力培养的探究 被引量:1

摘要 地方本科高校已纷纷转型,但因各个地方经济发展情况不一,转型节奏、效果也各不相同。师资队伍作为转型的基本要素,建设一支适应高校转型发展的既有丰富的理论知识又有工程实践能力的教师队伍变得极其重要。而校企合作是提高教师'双师双能型'能力的必由之路。现以福建省某地方本科高校工科专业教师为例,探究校企合作提高'双师双能型'教师能力的策略,搭建发展平台,提高师资水平,具有积极的现实意义。 Local undergraduate colleges and universities have been transforming one after another,but because of the different economic development situation in different places,the rhythm and effect of the transformation are also different.As a basic element of transformation,it is extremely important to build a team of teachers with rich theoretical knowledge and engineering practice ability to adapt to the transformation and development of universities.School-enterprise cooperation is the only way to improve teachers’ability of'dual-teacher and dual-ability'.Taking the engineering teachers of a local undergraduate university in Fujian Province as an example,it has positive practical significance to explore the strategies of school-enterprise cooperation to improve the ability of'dual-teacher and dual-ability'teachers,build a development platform and improve the level of teachers.
