摘要 提出了用双神经元预测控制算法对电子膨胀阀进行控制的方法. 一个神经元用于在线实时估计对象动态特性,以获取对象的一步预测模型,通过学习减小模型的预测误差;另一个神经元用于在线实时控制. 仿真与应用表明该算法有良好的动态响应和较强的鲁棒性,能够对电子膨胀阀进行有效的控制. Aiming at expansion valve control loop in refrigeration system, the predictive control based on double neuron is proposed to control the evaporation superheat. The one neuron is used for on- line real- time estimation of objective dynamic characteristics and for reducing differences between objective response and true response and the other is used for on- line real- time control. The control system has been implemented successfully to solve the nonlinear problem and moreover to overcome the dead-time problem. The simulation results show that this method is feasible with good dynamic responses and stronger robustness, and does its good work for electronic expansion valve control.
