摘要
介绍了金属中粒子在势阱中的运动及与能量的关系,导出了电子逸出功φ与势阱深度W_d及费米能E_p的关系。文中还据此分析了热电偶两种金属的产生的接触电势表达式。
The movement of the metallic partieals in potential trap and its relation to the energy are in- troduced, and the relation between escape power and potential trap depth W_d or energy Ep are de- rived. On the basis above, the contact potential ex- pression of two kinds of metal of thermocouple is analyzed.
