摘要
本文通过对机床手控盒后盖的结构及工艺性分析,并应用Pro/E中PlasticAdvisor软件对塑件的注射成型进行分析,确定塑件最佳浇口位置与模具侧向抽芯的脱模方式,详介模具的设计过程,为类似产品的设计提供借鉴。
This paper bases on the analysis of the structure and technique of the back cover of machine tools control-box, and uses Plastic Advisor in ProE to analyze injection molding of plastic parts, determines to the optimal gate location of plastic parts and stripping method of mold side core-pulling. Besides, this paper details about the mold design process, and provides a reference for the similar product design.
