论中职生职业素养课程的实践意义与对策研究

Research on Practical Meaning and Measures of Occupational Accomplishment Course

职业素养课程的构建与实施对职校发展、学生成才、经济进步都意义重大,但现实情况却不容乐观,表现为对其概念内涵的理解不全、课程内容的抽象、课程实施的低效。要改变这一现状,就要从课程内容、呈现方式、实施方法等方面创新实践,加强校企合作,更新教学内容,重体验生成,突出学生主体内化,实现职业素养课程的实践意义。

Building and executing of the occupational accomplishment course is very important for the development of vocational school, becoming a useful person of the students and advance of economy, however, the actuality is not optimistic. Following are the actuality of occupational accomplishment in vocational school: unilateral understanding to the concept, nonobjective and hysteretic content of the course, and the lower execution of the course. To change the actuality, we should innovate for the course, representation modes, execution methods, enhance the cooperation between school and companies, renew the teaching content, emphasize the experience, stress students’ internalization and achieve the significance of occupational accomplishment course in vocational school.
