党的十七届四中全会提出,要建设马克思主义学习型政党,提高全党思想政治水平。学好用好马克思主义哲学是建设马克思主义学习型政党的重要内容。本文阐述了学习运用马克思主义哲学的重要历史意义及其现实意义,并就如何理论联系实际搞好学习马克思主义哲学的有效措施进行了研究。

It was proposed at the Fourth Plenary Session of the 17th Congress of the Party that the learning-type party should be built to enhance the political and ideological level of the Party.Learning and applying the Marxist Philosophy is important content of building the learning-type party.This article described the important historical and realistic significance of the Communist Party of China learning and applying the Marxist Philosophy,and discussed the effective measures of learning better by integrating theory with practice.
