The Training of Teachers’ Professional Ability of Teaching Team in Higher Vocational College

专业教学团队,不仅承担了专业教学工作,还要负责专业人才培养方案的制定与实施、专业教学资源的完善、专业研究与社会服务等各方面的工作,是专业建设的主力军。本文从潍坊职业学院专业教学团队建设的实践出发,阐述专业教学团队师资队伍的建设以及提升教学能力、职业实践能力、社会服务能力的措施和途径。

Teaching team is the main force of the major construction,which not only be charged with professional teaching,but also be responsible for professional programs’ development and implementation,improvement of teaching resources and professional research and community service work in areas.This paper elaborates the measures and approaches of teachers teaching team construction and promotion of the teaching ability,practical ability and social service capacity.
