Training Skills Competition Problems and Improvements Were Discussed

一年一度的全国职业院校技能大赛成为职业教育各个方面展示的平台,推进了职业教育教学改革以及相应师资队伍的建设。本文结合潍坊一职专历年大赛的实践,就中高职一体化背景下技能大赛引导专业教学改革的作用、技能大赛人才培养存在的问题及其改进措施进行探讨。

The annual national vocational skills competition become the show platform of all aspects of vocational education,and advances vocational education reform and the corresponding faculty building.Containing the practice of Weifang No.1 vocational school’s competition trains this paper,discusses contest the post of special historical practice in the context of vocational skills contest to guide the reform of the role of teaching,training skills competition problems and improvements were discussed.
