国之昌运在教育,教育发展在教师。师德建设,是教师队伍建设的核心内容,关系到高校可持续发展,在学校工作中具有举足轻重地位。同时,师德建设也关系到每位教师的人生发展。加强师德建设,切实提高广大教育工作者的师德水平,是高校可持续发展、加速提升核心竞争力的战略性举措,也是高校工会充分发挥其服务于教学、科研工作的总抓手。高校工会要发挥"大学校"的作用,以有效的活动为载体,全面提升教职工综合素质。

The great luck of a country is characterized by education and the development of education depends on teachers.Related to the sustainable development of colleges and universities,the construction of teachers’ morality,the center of construction of teachers’ team,plays an important role in college’s work.At the same time,the construction of teachers’ morality is also related to the life development of all the teachers.Strengthening the construction of teachers’ morality and improving teachers’ morality level of educational workers are strategic measures of the sustainable development of colleges and universities and accelerating to upgrade the core competitive power and the total grip to serve for teaching and scientific research work for trade union of colleges and universities.Trade union of colleges and universities should play the role of "big university" to comprehensively improve staff comprehensive quality on the basis of effective activities.
