高职院校宿舍长的作用及管理探讨

文章分析了高职院校学生宿舍舍长在学生管理、行为养成、制度执行中的重要性,并提出了宿舍舍长队伍建设的思路。提出了学生宿舍舍长是高校学生思想政治工作队伍的重要组成部分,是联系学校与学生的重要桥梁,舍长队伍的使用上要做到制造条件、建立制度、奖罚严明、科学管理;在队伍建设上要做到统筹兼顾、把握导向,要选拔培训、着重实效,真正把舍长队伍建成和谐校园的重要力量,以促进和谐校园的发展。

This thesis analyzes the importance of dormitory directors of vocational colleges in students’ management,behavior-developing and systems-implementing,and proposes the idea of team-building of dormitory directors.It put forwards that dormitory directors,as the vital bridge of colleges and students,is an important part of the ideological and political work of college students.The use of dormitory directors must follow the principles of creating conditions,establishing systems,strict rewards and penalties and scientific management.In team-building we must keep balances,take directions and focus on the selection and training effectiveness,to make dormitory directors become an important force of harmonious campuses and promote the construction of harmonious campuses.
