摘要
中职生学习基础普遍偏弱,相当一部分学生学习意志薄弱,学习习惯未养成,部分学生自制能力差、生活习惯随意。教育这一特殊群体有很大难度,班主任工作就显得尤为重要,班主任只要肯在"敢和诚"",严和细"",勤和爱"上下功夫,一定能取得很好的教育管理效果。
vocational students learning basic is common poor.A considerable part of the students have weak will and poor study habits,Many students make poor,bad habits.Education in this special group is very difficult,so the class director is particularly important.As long as the teacher is willing to pa more attention in the "dare and honesty","strict and detailed," "diligence and love" we can get a good education and effective management.
