中学教师职业倦怠与工作满意度关系研究

近年来对教师职业倦怠的研究逐渐增多,但专门研究教师职业倦怠和工作满意度关系的文章并不多。本文通过对352名中学教师的问卷调查,分析和研究了中学教师职业倦怠和工作满意度之间的关系。

In recent years,the research on teachers' job burnout is increasing gradually in domestic,but the specific studies on job burnout and job satisfaction and their mutual relations are still not many.It has been analyzed and studied that the relationship of the teacher's job burnout and job satisfaction by the investigating to 352 middle school teachers.
