摘要
建立了薄板坯连铸凝固过程的传热数学模型 ,给出了模型的边界条件 ,考虑了铸坯内外弧之间和铸坯横向上的冷却差别 ,提出了有效喷淋系数和有效比水量的概念 ,采用了变时间步长。获得了连铸的二冷制度 ,分析了其冶金准则满足情况 ,得到了薄板坯表面、中心和内部温度等的变化规律。并在实验室用热态模拟法研究证实了研究结果。
In this paper the heat transfer mathematical model is developed for thin slab in continuous casting(CC).The boundary conditions of the model are given.The cooling differences are considered between inner radius surface and outer radius surface,and in the transverse direction of the strand.The concepts of effective coefficient of spraying water and effective specific water flowrate in CC are put forward.The changing time steps are adopted.By simulating and optimizing calculations, the secondary cooling system of thin slab is gained.And the meeting conditions of the metallurgical constraints for strand cooling are analyzed.In this paper the changing patterns of the strand surface,center and interior the temperatures are gained too.Finally the studying results are validated by the hot state simulating experiments.
