摘要
以弹塑性弯曲变形理论为依据 ,结合几何弯曲成形的有关知识 ,讨论了三辊式热卷箱弯曲辊辊缝大小的计算方法 ,在此基础上建立了满足无芯卷取工艺要求的热卷箱弯曲辊上抬速度控制的数学模型 ,并给出了变速抬升时的速度控制曲线 ,其研究成果对于热卷箱装置的国产化设计制造具有一定的参考价值。
Based on the theory of the elastoplastic distortion and using the correlative knowledge about the case of geometrical blending distortion,we discussed how to calculate the roll gap of three rollers coilbox,constructed the mathematic models concerning the control of the raising vector of the bending rollers in coillbox on the basis of it,and drew the control graphics for vector in the case of variational raising vector.The fruit can bring certain reference for the home made design and manufacture of the coilbox device.
