摘要
建立了支持冷锻工艺规划及模具设计系统的产品信息模型,该模型是一个包含零件层、特征层和几何层的层次模型。工艺规划系统通过对零件层的特征树以及总体信息集的操作获取相关信息;特征层将产品信息进行重组,以特征作为信息组合的单元和载体,封装了几何信息和非几何信息;几何层则实现与CAD系统的接口,以提供产品的几何实体描述。该模型将特征和面向对象技术结合起来,能有效地为冷锻工艺规划及模具设计系统提供信息支持。
A product model was established which can serve cold forging process planning and die design system. The model is made up of three layers, which are part layer, feature layer and geometry layer. The process planning and die design system get information from the part layer through operation feature tree and general information aggregation. The feature layer regroups the product information using feature as the information element and carrier which encapsulate geometry and tolerance information. The geometry layer provides an interface with CAD system to describe product. This model combines feature with object-oriented technologies and therefore can support process planning and die design system well.
