摘要
分析了铝合金厚壁支座的弯曲工艺,计算了弯曲件的展开长度、落料力、冲孔力及弯曲力,阐述了弯曲件的回弹因素及凸凹模之间的间隙,介绍铝合金厚壁支座弯曲模具的结构设计。
The bending technology of the thick-wall supprt of aluminum alloy was analyzed, and the flattening length of bending, blanking force, piercing force and bending force were calculated. The springback factors of bending parts and the clearance between the punch and the die were elaborated. At last, the structure of bending die for the thick-wall support of aluminum alloy was introduced.
