表单是信息进行传递的载体 ,在工作流管理系统中简化表单的创建工作是设计表单生成器的目的。解释了表单的含义 ,介绍了用表单生成器创建表单的步骤流程 ,在完成了对表单及表单域数据结构定义的基础上给出了表单生成器的设计思路 ,最后用JSP作开发工具在一个工作流管理系统中实现了表单生成器 。

Form is the carrier for information transformation.The purpose of designing the Formbuilding Utensil in the Workflow Management System (WfMS) is to simplify the form building.The definition of the form is explained.The procedure of building a form using the Formbuilding Utensil are introduced.Based on the definition of the data structure of the form and the form field, the designing method is also given. At last, a Formbuilding Utensil is implemented by using JSP in a WfMS and an example on asking for leave form is presented.
