摘要
型焦和常规焦在 5t/h冷风冲天炉上对比试验结果表明 :使用型焦炉内阻力下降 ,温度提高 2 0℃～ 30℃ ,温度波动( 30℃ )减小 ,可以不加接力焦 ,炉渣FeO含量减少 ,熔化率提高 5 %～ 10 % 。
The comparison test results between formcoke and normal coke in a cupola show that the gas flowing resistance inside the cupola is reduced. The cupola temperature is raised 20 ℃～30 ℃ and fluctuate of the cupola is reduced by using form coke. The advantage is that FeO content is minished, melting rate is increased 5%～10%, and melting process is stable without relaying coke.
