摘要
综述了亚共晶铝硅合金熔体处理过程中存在的原始炉料状态、细化处理和变质处理之间的交互作用行为 ,及其对合金性能的影响 ,指出明确并控制“原始炉料 -熔体 -制品”系统转变过程是提高铸造铝合金性能的关键 ,要合理制定熔体处理工艺必须综合考虑原始炉料的遗传效应。
In this paper, the interactions among raw material states, modification and refinement in melt processes of hypoeutectic Al-Si cast alloys are summarized. On the basis of the above, It's pointed out that understanding and controlling the transition processes from charge materials to melt then to product is the key to improve the properties of casting aluminum alloys, and that determination of reasonable melt processes should consider synthetically the inheridity of raw materials and various melt processes, as well as their interactions.
