摘要
研制了铸钢件凝固过程数值模拟中进行识别多个熔池的技术 ,利用此技术可将铸钢件凝固过程中所形成的多个相互孤立的熔池一一区分开 ;在此基础上 ,能够更加准确地预测由各个孤立的熔池所形成的缩孔 。
A method has been developed to distinguish a melting pool from the other melting pools in the solidification simulation of casting steel. By this technology the melting pools can be distinguished each other. Then the shrinkage cavities formed in every melting pool can be more accurately predicated, and the precision of predicting the position and shape of the shrinkage cavity has been improved.
