摘要
在球铁件缺陷诊断的神经网络模型基础上 ,对球铁件缩孔、缩松缺陷与主要影响因素间的关系进行仿真研究 ,对得到的仿真图进行详细的分析 ;参考这些仿真图有利于消除球铁件缩孔。
Based on the neural network model for diagnosing defects of ductile iron castings, the investigation of influence factors on shrinkage and microporosity defects in nodular iron casting is developed, and simulation figure is set up. These figures are discussed in detail, they play important role for eliminating shrinkage and microporosity defects.
