The Development and Application of the New Light-colored Coating for Resin-bonded Sand Mold and Core for Aluminium Casting

为铝铸件树脂砂型芯研制出新型的水基浅色涂料。通过 2年多的生产验证 ,涂料不仅具有良好的涂覆 (刷涂及喷涂 )性能 ,而且解决了黑涂料易于出现的漏涂现象。使用该涂料后 ,树脂砂型芯的烘干效率并没有因使用浅色填料而下降 。

The new water-based mold coating for resin-bonded sand mold and core for aluminium castings has been developed. Through two-year production application, the coating has excellent brushability, coating spraying ability. With the coating, the easily occurred phenomena of forgetting coasting brush and spraying for black coating is overcomed. The drying efficiency of resin-bonded sand with the coating does not affect, however the surface roughness of aluminium alloy castings is obviously improved.
