The Application of Phosphate Transfering Coating for Art Casting with Two-part Mold

介绍 1种制作金属工艺品的新工艺。通过研制新型的磷酸盐转移涂料和制作适用于二开型艺术品铸件的硅橡胶软模具 ,将转移涂料与精密铸造结合在一起 ,使大多数用精密铸造方法制作的金属工艺品用普通的铸造方法得以完成 ,为艺术铸造开辟了新的途径。在涂料的组成、喷刷及造型工艺等方面进行了探讨 。

This paper introduces a new kind of technique for producing metal handicraft articles. By developing a new type of transfering coating and making the silicagel soft mould suitable for two-part mold art castings, the authors combine the transfering coating with precision casting. Substituting the general casting method for precision casting in the manufacture of metal handicraft article, we develope a new way to the art casting. In this paper, the composition and spraying of the coating and the molding technique are discussed. This technique is advanced and has a highly practical value.
