摘要
直流润滑油泵是发电机组的重要设备。印度海萨600 MW机组直流油泵出现了超速及过电流现象,经过试验、检查和分析,找出了超速的原因是直流供电电压偏高。通过几种调速方法的分析比较,确定采用调整碳刷偏移磁场几何中心线的方法进行处理。
DC oil pump is an important device of turbine-generator unit.DC lube oil pump of unit 600MW exists over-speed and over-current in Hisar thermal power plant,and it can not guarantee the safety of the unit.After testing,inspection and analysis,the verified reason for over-speed is high voltage DC power supply,overload caused by the overspeed.Through comparison of the DC motor deceleration of the advantages,disadvantages and applicability of several methods,the determined method is the brush offset geometric center line of the magnetic field.Practical operation shows that the adjusted DC pump meet the requirements.
