试析第三部门在表达和实现弱势群体社会保障利益方面的作用

Study on the Third Sector’s Role in the Expression and Realization of Vulnerable Groups’ Social Security Benefits

从分析弱势群体社会保障利益诉求非理性化成因出发,结合政府与市场在提供社会保障产品作用缺失的原因,进而将第三部门引进弱势群体对社会保障权益的诉求,希望借助第三部门形成通畅的利益表达渠道并形成政策建议,为弱势群体增权提供一个可供借鉴的途径。

This paper analyses the irrational demands of social security benefits for disadvantaged groups,combined with the reason of the lack in the government and market in the provision of social security products.And thus introduce the third sector and form smooth channels and policy recoommendations for expressing the interests,to empower the vulnerable groups.
