带箱形转换层短肢剪力墙高层结构抗震性能分析

Analysis of the Seismic Behavior of Tall Building with Short-leg Wall on Box-type Transfer Storey

结合武汉水果湖大厦工程实例,运用有限元软件对带箱形转换层短肢剪力墙高层结构进行反应谱分析,研究该结构形式振型的特点,提出对箱形转换层、短肢剪力墙设计中应该注意的一些问题,供设计参考。

Based on the project of Wuhan Fruit-lake Building,finite analysis software was used to analysis the seismic behavior of this tall building with short-leg shear wall on box-type transfer storey.The effects of earthquake-resistant behavior in this tall building were absolved.Some beneficial advices were also put forward for the design of the key part of the building.
