杭州市萧山区环境现状分析及绿化建设发展探讨

Analysis and Suggestions on Environment Development of Xiaoshan District in Hangzhou

通过对杭州市萧山区城区环境的分析,探寻城区绿化中存在的问题,提出了促进萧山区城区绿化和城区环境发展的可行性建议:1)高起点制定城市绿化规划;2)不断增加萧山区城市绿化面积;3)提高绿地率;4)多元投入,实现城市绿化建设和政府资源优化配置的有效统一;5)科技创新,保证各项绿化工程的高起点和高科技含量;6)依法行政,建立并严格实行城市绿化"绿线"管理制度;7)分块处理,处处击破,改善整区环境建设的发展。

The existing problems of urban environment and greening in Xiaoshan district of Hangzhou were analyzed,and some feasible suggestions for the sustainable development in the district were proposed: 1)making a high-level map-out in urban greening;2) increasing greening area;3) improving the ratio of green space;4)planning a multi-input in urban greening;5)using the high technology and innovation in greening;6)establishing the greening law;7)sticking to the greening plan in all places and improving the environment development.
