论规范办学背景下民办高校自主招生的模式设计

Independent Recruitment Mode Design of Private Higher School in Background of Standard Schooling

当今民办高校办学行为渐趋规范,在高等教育体制改革的背景下,民办高校既有实施自主招生的必要性,也有实施自主招生的可行性。认为应该建立一套适合民办高校自身发展的自主招生模式:改革目标在于公平与效率的统一;招生对象面向所有人,选拔符合办学定位、培养目标和办学条件的优秀学生;招生考核方式多元统一;考核内容注重学校学科特点和办学实际,突出重点,讲求全面;有配套的人才培养措施相对接;自主招生权接受社会、舆论监督。

Present school-running behavior of private higher school has become more and more regular. There exists necessity and possibility for private higher school to recruit independently under the background of higher education system reform.It is suggested that an independent recruitment mode should be established for private higher schools.The recruitment reforming aim lies in coherence of fairness and efficiency:the recruitment is available to all people for selecting outstanding students with running orientation condition and training target,the multiple recruitment examination methods and the comprehensive contents of assessment accord with the subject features,school factuality and supporting talent cultivation measures,and the whole system of the recruitment should be supervised by society and media.
