摘要
阐述了图书馆服务创新的内涵和必要性以及制约高校图书馆服务创新的主要因素,提出树立"以人为本"的服务理念、满足读者个性化信息需求、主动开展多层次服务、建立个性化网络信息服务方式、提供科研课题跟踪服务、进行知识挖掘和信息增值服务、开展参与式互动服务和特色服务等一系列措施。
The meaning and necessity of the university library service innovation and main factors which constrain the innovation were explained,and a series of measures was proposed such as setting up the people-oriented service concept,sufficing the personalized information needs of the readers,taking the initiative to offer multi-level service and personalized Web information service,and providing tracking research project service,information discovery and its value-added servic’e,interactive service and characteristic service.
