摘要
通过教学实验量化校园定向对中小学生体育学习兴趣以及身体素质的影响,表明校园定向不仅激发了中小学生体育学习的兴趣,而且还锻炼了中小学生的力量、速度、耐力、爆发力、腰腹肌力量,因此将校园定向作为新课程内容纳入中小学体育与健康课程是可行的。
some teaching experimental researches on school orienteering in primary and secondary school of Wuhan were done to quantify school orienteering’s impact on the students.The results showed that: school orienteering not only arouses the students’ sports study interest,but also effectively improves their power,speed,explosive force lumbar,abdominal strength and etc.So it is feasible for primary and secondary school to take school orienteering as a new physical education curriculum content.
