扼要介绍微机控制皮带秤的重量检测原理、系统硬件以及PID控制算法。该皮带秤适用于对非粘结性散状固体物料进行动态连续计量和定量的控制系统。
The detecting principle, system hardware and PID algorithm of a microcomputer-controlled belt weigher are introduced in brief. The weigher is suitable for dynamic contiunous measuring and quantitative control system for non-viscous solid bulk materials.
