摘要
以运算型电容传感器在薄钢板厚度动态检测中的应用为例,分析了探头及变换电路各环节对动态特性的影响,建立了动态测量时的关系模型,提出了改善传感器动态响应的有效方法。
With the applications of the operational capacitance transducer in dynamic detecting of thin steel plates as. example, the effects of the detector and converter circuits on dynamic characteristics are analyzed and the relation model in dynamic measurement is established. Some effective measures of improving the dynamic response of the transducer are stated.
