PTCA后再狭窄与纤溶因子变化的研究

摘要 为探讨纤溶因子在PTCA后发生RS时的变化及临床意义,对组织型纤溶酶原激活剂(t-PA)、纤溶酶原激活剂抑制物(PAI-1)的血浆含量进行了为期210d的观察追踪。结果发现,PAI-1血浆含量在RS组与WRS组的不同时间内比较差异有极显著意义(P<001),提示PAI-1血浆含量持续升高可帮助预告RS。 In order to study the role of fibrinolytic factor in the process of restenosis after percutaneous transluminal coronary angioplasty (PTCA), tissue palsminogen activator (t-PA) and plasminogen activator inhibitor-1(PAI-1) level in blood were measured from one day to 210 days after PTCA. The results showed that the PAI-1 levels in groups with and without restenosis were rignificantly diflerent (P<0.01), suggesting that high PAI-1 levels could help predict restenosis.
